Our company is registered and licensed to practice all classes of Insurance Consultancy, advisory, and Broking activities, having fully complied with the requirements of the Insurance Act, and a professional indemnity cover of ₦250,000,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Million Naira) with a fully paid-up capital of ₦30,000,000.00 (Thirty Million Naira). Our company is therefore one of the heavily capitalized broking firms in the country.

The company is 100% fully owned by Nigerian shareholders, having an authorized capital base of ₦30,000,000.00 (Thirty Million Naira) fully paid, without any foreign ownership participation. Copies of our CAC Form CO2 and CO7 are enclosed for your verification and evidence of registration in Nigeria, as well as our license to operate as an Insurance Broker by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), along with our certificate of membership of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB).
